This is were you will be able to see who is training, and to train yourself. I will have listed here all the different training facilities, and which planets they are on. Also you will see how long it takes to do each one. Remember nobody can
kill you while your training.

Capsule Corp.: Capsule Corp. has a gravity training facility which you will be able to utilize on most planetes. The gravity on Earth's capsule corp goes to 100X gravity.On Namek, 150X, on Vegeta, 200X and on Yardrat 250X. you can train here as much as you like. you can train from anywhere from 1 day to 3 days.

The Room of Spirit & Time This is located on earth only. You also may enter it only once, so make it count. You can train up to 3 days in here. Once you leave you can never return. This place boosts your PL more so then other meathods.

The Hyperbolic Time Chamber: This is also only on earth. You can only enter this room twice or you will be trapped there forever. In the place time move very quickly. In real time a year there will only be one day to everyone on the outside. You can train here twice for 1 day each, and will give you a big power boost.

Space Ships: Some ships are equiped with gravity machines, and you can train on your way to other planets, and no other time. They are available on all planets.

King Kai's: If you are killed you can send me an E-mail telling me you want to train at King Kai's. It takes 4 days. one to get there and back, and 2 to train. You may only train there twice, and if you do you will learn either Kaioken, or Spirit Bomb. I choose.
